Patients are politely requested to give at least 48 hours notice if they are unable to keep their appointment.
Failure to attend two or more scheduled appointments, or cancellations within the 48 hours notice period, will result in the patient being deregistered from the practice NHS register. Re-joining the NHS list will be subject to availability and waiting list times.
If a patient is receiving any private treatment, they are politely requested to give at least 48 hours notice if unable to keep the appointment.
Failure to attend, or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, will incur a fee. The fee will be determined and enforced at the discretion of your dentist depending on time/treatment lost.
Online deposits for treatments will be charged in full if there is a failure to attend the booked appointment, or if there is a cancellation within the 48 hour notice period.
This fee will require settlement before further appointments are made.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.
